What you may say is “Who wants to sell me a car today?” what any self respecting salesman will hear is “I am here to jerk you around waste your time and not make a sale”

Is it a problem is if I am a little behind on my child support?
Many states will suspend your drivers license if you are behind on your child support. With out a drivers license you cannot take a test drive, get insurance or financing.

Can you work with me if I do not have very good credit?
If you do not have good credit arrange financing before you go car shopping. Advertising it will increase the cost of the car and the cost of financing.

Can I get this car in another color?
With this phase you are advertising that you are emotionally invested in this car and it will be hard to walk away. This will increase the final negotiated price of the car.

What if I am upside-down on my trade in?
Again make other arrangements before you go into the dealership. Advertising it will increase the cost of the car and the cost of financing. If you are upside-down you probably should not buy a new car

Can I get an extended warranty?
Extended warranty, need I say more?

Can I buy a car even if my license is suspended?

The salesman/saleswoman is looking out for their self interest not yours.

What if I do not want to buy until next month?
Every car salesman on the continent is on a month to month commission structure.  The best negotiated  price will be  in the current month.

Can I trust you?
Anytime you have to ask the answer is “No”

It is my recommendation to pay cash for you car. If that is not an option arrange financing with you local credit union or bank. The most common financial errors that are made buying a car is in the financing.
